There are 13 aid stations and all of them have water: at 3 km, 6 km, 11.2 km, 17 km, 19.4 km, 24.2 km, 27.3 km, 29.5 km, 34.1 km, 36.5 km, 39.8 km, 41 km and 42.2 km. 5 of them also serve a sports drink.
Are there gels on the Melbourne Marathon course?
Yes, the organizer lists gels at 11.2 km and 29.5 km. Carry your own as well, so your plan does not depend on a single table.
