There are 14 aid stations, at 5 km, 8 km, 11 km, 16 km, 18 km, 20 km, 25 km, 27 km, 30 km, 31 km, 33 km, 35 km, 38 km and 40 km. 12 of them list water.
Are there gels on the Amsterdam Marathon course?
Yes, the organizer lists gels at 18 km and 30 km. Carry your own as well, so your plan does not depend on a single table.
